Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your jewelry out as soon as possible, please allow 1-2 business days for you order to be processed. Tracking information will be sent to your email once the your order is fulfilled.

Shipping within Canada:

After your order is processed please allow 3-9 business days for your product  to arrive when using free standard shipping. For express shipping there is $15 flat fee rate, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.

Shipping within the United States:

After your order is processed please allow 4-8 business days for your product to arrive when using free standard shipping. For express shipping there is a $20 flat fee rate, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.

For International shipping:

Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout  please allow 10-12 business days for shipping. Express shipping also is calculated at check out please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. 

Duties and Taxes

Customs and duties may apply and it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these fees.

These time frames are not guaranteed, but are estimated time frames that can changes due uncontrollable events.

We are also not liable for for the package once the order is sent to the post office, as we do not have any control over the item.

Return Policy

If you by any chance you are not 100% satisfied with your order we do offer a 14 day return policy after receiving your item. Meaning after you have received your package you have 14 days from then to request a return.

To be eligible for a return the item, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, in the original packaging. Due to hygienic/ health reasons we do not offer returns on earringsAll order that are on sale are final sale and not eligible for returnAll refunds will be issues back to the original form of payment excluding shipping and duties costs. Return shipping will be be responsibility of the buyer 

To initiate a return, please send an email to Support@koshiejewelry.com, please provide your order number and name. We will then send you an email for next steps.

All returns will be inspected to make sure they are in their original state, and have no damage or defects. Currently at the moment we do not offer exchanges, please check your sizes to make sure the product is right for you. 

Items that are not collected, will be sent back to us, and the buyer will be issued a store credit less the Initial and return shipping fees.
